Parents and Carers can pay for school visits, residentials, clubs and Extended Provision (Breakfast and Tea club) through School Money. These must be paid for in advance, payment in arrears will not be permitted. Payment can be done on a weekly, monthly, or termly basis. If your child is absent from school, any advance will be rolled over and credited, however if your child is in school and does not attend the session booked (unless for medical reasons) you will be charged for that session.
Please follow the link for a guide to how to register and access School Money Parent guide (please note we do not use this system to book or pay for school dinners)
The School Bus and Extended Provision (Breakfast and Tea club) is booked weekly through an online MSForm, this is sent out weekly to all parents and carers by email. Please complete the form by the deadline on the form. Last minute bookings may be refused due to pupil numbers.
Voucher payments for Extended Provision (Breakfast and Tea club) will be credited to your account when received. Any overpayment will be rolled over to the following month (you will be able to keep track of this by logging into your child’s School Money account). Underpayment will prevent further sessions being accessed until the balance of your account is paid in full.
Letters for clubs, visits and residentials will be sent home with your child, please complete the permission slips and pay through School Money.
