Mental Health Week

For Mental Health Week - we have taken part in activities to help us to deal with worries and concerns.

For Mental Health Week, we expressed our feelings by filling in ‘feeling’ circles. We also got into house groups across school and made our own worry worms – these can be used to put on our pencils to feel better or to squeeze when we are feeling worried.  We also did some yoga for P.E to help relax our minds and learnt stretches and physical activity with Mrs Christy – so that we can do exercise if we are feeling sad.
